June 2020 Goals

Starting this post off with a little prayer request. Peter gets a MRI tomorrow morning and we would love your prayers for him during our time at the hospital, for his health and for perfect results. Thank you!

Our days have picked up lately and the calendar for this month of June is full! It’s refreshing and energizing after weeks of cancelled events and I look forward to this month ahead. We are finally able to film our Kickstarter video for Moscati Scrubs! I am currently working out the details about film day with our videographer. It’s so exciting and we are one step closer to launching pre-sales!

I’ve looked up to Leah Darrow for years and was so honored when she reached out to me and asked if I’d be a speaker at her upcoming Summit – the World’s Largest Live Catholic Summit! We’ll be talking about being a light for the world during times of darkness and I would love if you would join us, women from all around the world, June 19-21, 2020. Like I’ve mentioned since Lent, I’ve been delving deeper into Word on Fire and Bishop Barron videos, articles, and podcasts. A couple of weeks ago Word on Fire sent me a copy of their new Bible to review! You can watch my review here! It’s officially launching June 15th but you can sign up to receive updates about its release by clicking here!

Word on Fire and Bishop Barron have transformed my life in so many ways, one of which is a desire to learn more about the beauty, truth, and goodness of Catholicism. A way I’ve been doing that is through taking courses on ClaritasU! Created by the Content Director for Word on Fire, Brandon Vogt offers courses that teach what we believe as Catholics, the best objections to those beliefs, and how to respond. It’s like a mini-Summa and I’m really enjoying the courses! You can sign up for it here!

• Prepare for and film Moscati Scrubs Kickstarter video!
• Film video for and participate in the LUX Virtual Women’s Summit June 19-20! (Get your tickets HERE!)
• Finish reading ‘A Summa of the Summa.’
• Make a Holy Hour each week.
• Work on our soup garden! I got the idea for a soup garden from this book!
• Order and organize Peter’s preschool curriculum for this summer. Use code ‘CLAIRE10’!
• Go through the “Understanding the Bible” course on ClaritasU.
• Celebrate Father’s Day!
• Make these Homemade Frosted Brown Sugar Pop Tarts and this Blueberry Cheesecake!
• Celebrate our wedding anniversary on the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary!
