Finding Philothea Rule of Life

“Love and practice simplicity.”
– Saint Pio of Pietrelcina

Simplifying our life is a goal of ours. A simple life draws us closer to Christ, and we become less distracted and more intentional with our time and actions. Lent is the perfect opportunity to challenge ourselves to grow in simplicity. We created a Lenten calendar that focuses on a different aspect in our lives that needs the light and beauty of simplicity to flourish. Each week has a theme: simplicity of our space, schedule, body, money, mind, relationships, and prayer. Every weekday has a sacrifice that pertains to the week’s theme.

Please join us in this Lenten simplicity challenge! You can print a blank ‘Beauty In Simplicity’ calendar HERE, or print out the calendar we will be using HERE.
